The Jury is out after 2 long days of trial; the second day running all the way to 10PM on Thursday June 30th. John Kurtz has been convicted of resisting arrest without violence. John’s sentence, 30 days in a concrete cage, 7 days already served and 1 year probation.
The evidence … the cops word … several cops on the stand all with different stories .. each having changed their tune several times throughout the whole process. The kicker .. Adam Gruler, the arresting officer even testified that John did not resist arrest.
No video of the trial, the man in the robe (Apte) kept threatening anyone who came close to touching their cell phones, breathing wrong or nodding their head etc..

Yes, until more people on juries have the same experience, nothing is going to change. Until we find judges who believe in the oath they take, nothing will change. This only goes to prove how corrupt our system has become. . Lying on the stand, oops I believe they refer to that as perjury, will go unabated until people will stand it no longer. . My question is, this: Why do our elected officials, and our police act like they do. . To use their own logic, “If you’re not doing anything wrong, what do you have to worry about”?
Mr. Kurtz is actually very lucky. Here in Austin, Texas the militarized police wouldn’t hesitate to shoot an unarmed person in the back. History shows time and time again they kill people on a regular basis, all the while justifying their heinous actions to the public at large. The police are brutal stone cold terrorist assassins in this town, make no mistake about it. You BETTER believe it’s just as bad everywhere else in Police State America.
This is still America? NO IT WAS ALWAYS A MYTH
What I see happening everywhere throughout this Great Nation, is that lawyers and judges do not have knowledge of the law. I have found that laws and acts that apply as written, continue to be acted upon, as though “in effect,” after the fact that, they no longer apply, because of ‘exceptions’ to the law or act, or because they no longer apply as written.
Lawyers…will not notify you of an acts non-applicable status – why? Well why should they? – you are ‘more business’ to them, while you remain ignorant to the laws and acts.
An Example – New York State’s “Emergency Tenant Protection Act.” It is an act that is in effect while vacancy rates in a city are 5% or less, as calculated by the Census or other County, State reports. But, EVERYONE – yes YOU – will keep ‘acting’ under the rules of the Act after the Census and other reports show vacancy rates above 5%! Landlords continue to “file” leases, and “report” rent increases, and whatever “else” you need to do under this Act. Sending in their fees and penalties! It’s a Cash-cow situation, based solely on the ignorance of the “actors” (the landlords)!
So how do my oranges tie-in to John Kurtz’s apples? Easy…the arresting officer, the judge and jury – ALL have no clue of the LAW, the Constitution, and even worse – Common Sense!
If you read the Constitution – Slavery was abolished – with the exception of “Voluntary Slavery!”
We as a people are “volunteering” our rights away!
Will all Slaves please rise!
If you don’t like the judgment or feel it was irregular, do not accept the judgment or punishment, and take the Circuit Judge to the Supreme Court.
I have no pity for this man he knows better than to fight the man on the mans turf by the mans rules. It is a no win situation, time to change tactics.

So a public trial, a taxpayer funded court of law, is allowed to censor proceedings? Meanwhile, the stupid goy have ‘no expectation of privacy in public’ – or anywhere else, including the strip searches we get by the TSA?
